LSD Gummy Bears

1) How did you get started on your journey into art?

I originally got into Digital Art while in high school in the early 2000s. I had a decent following on DeviantArt and Newgrounds where I posted flash animation, poetry, and photo manipulations. Due to location and lack of finances, I mostly escaped from the art world after 2 years of junior college to start a career as a marine electrician in the local shipyards near my hometown of Moss Point, MS. Thanks to the pandemic and my savings accrued in crypto, I was able to take a much-needed break from that life and return to creating once again.

2) Who are your favourite artists, and any projects you are keen on.

Ralph Steadman, Paul Thomas Anderson, and Sigur Ros have had the biggest influences on my creative mindset. In this NFT space, I’ve been a big fan of EM!, and Jamex has been the most helpful in getting me up to speed with the latest software application I’ve been using for creating.

3) Talk us through your creative process.

I’m currently creating from the road in my 24ft Class C RV. My wife is a travel nurse, so we’re constantly on the move to new locations. Even though I create psychedelic art, I usually do so from a sober state of mind. But psychedelics have been a huge positive in my life with getting over a depression I had carried for most of my life. I see myself as an advocate for benefits in mental health.

4) Give us images/links to your favourite image(s) for the article.

This is from a brand new collaborative animation I did with Jamex and Kush titled Cannibalistic Trip Gummy Bear

5) Any other exciting developments?

I have a 1/1 collaborative collection with Justin Carter Art called Neon Animals

( A new collaborative piece as mentioned above)
